Our comprehensive program and knowledge-sharing platform explore risk-taking behavior through both leading and lagging approaches, delving into the diverse aspects that alter human behavior’s core and hinder logical decision-making processes.
Furthermore, the Eye on Risk training supports the cultivation of safety leaders, the establishment of safety cultures, and the implementation of behavior-based interventions. This unique training program goes beyond standard offerings, as it strives to comprehend human behavior through a risk management lens, and presents approaches to mitigate negative influences while promoting positive ones.

Regrettably, it is not possible to conduct this workshop virtually due to the interactive nature of the group exercises. Nevertheless, we can organize virtual sessions subsequent to the seminars, where we can discuss and elaborate on crucial points as required.

This workshop is ideal for those who seek knowledge on risk perception, accident anatomy, root causes of human error, factors influencing safe human behavior, and methods to improve situational awareness. Additionally, it is beneficial for individuals looking to enhance their leadership skills and cultivate a safe work environment and culture. The workshop is suitable for both novice and experienced individuals.

For comprehensive engagement and effective communication of the extensive information, the workshop necessitates a minimum of two days, totaling 16 active hours. However, it is possible to conduct a one-day workshop comprising 8 hours, albeit with certain limitations.
Yes, a certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the Workshop. Besides, we are currently in the process of registering our training program with a number of training organizations and regulatory bodies.
Although we are aiming to expand our reach, at present, our coverage is limited to the Middle East region only.
